At Apex Motorsport LTD, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how our shipping process works.

1. Order Processing Time

As Apex Motorsport LTD does not carry stock on hand, all orders are processed and fulfilled through our trusted third-party suppliers. Order processing times may vary depending on the supplier, item availability, and the nature of the product ordered.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Supplier Fulfillment Time: 3–10 business days (may vary depending on the item and supplier location).

We will notify you promptly if there are any delays or issues with fulfilling your order.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on the supplier’s location and your delivery address. We will provide tracking information where available.

  • Standard Shipping (NZ): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Shipping outside of New Zealand may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by supplier lead times, courier delays, public holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Some items may incur separate shipping charges if sourced from different suppliers.

 

4. Split Shipments

Because we use multiple third-party suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking details for each shipment if available.


5. Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (where provided by the supplier). If you do not receive this, or if your tracking link is inactive after several days, please contact us.


6. Delays & Availability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Apex Motorsport LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a full refund or suggest a suitable alternative.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Apex Motorsport LTD is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
